Leadership Assessment

Campus supervisors and managers receive a personalized assessment of their leadership abilities. The manager is provided a confidential evaluation on 15 management skill areas such as risk-taking and innovation, organizational ability, negotiation, building relationships, developing people, influencing and power, communicating information, making decisions, flexibility, ambition, dealing with adversity, and self-management. The report highlights managerial strengths and developmental needs in five skill areas that are most important to the manager's job. A developmental planning guide assists the manager in creating an action plan for enhancing strengths and addressing developmental needs.
