Re: Proposed Revisions to PPSM Policy 30 – Compensation
The University of California Office of the President is proposing revisions to Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) 30 – Compensation (PDF), which applies to staff employees in the Professional & Support Staff and Management & Senior Professional personnel programs.
Language has been added to the Procedures section affirming that, as locations transition to UC Path, salary actions based on a percentage increase will be rounded up.
The proposed policy, with changes, is posted on UCnet.
Because this is a formal review, comments from policy-covered staff are encouraged. We would appreciate your assistance in circulating the draft to policy-covered staff in your organization.
