The PeopleAdmin Employment/Applicant Tracking system module has been enhanced with several new features designed to help you with the hiring process. Check out the following new improvements:
1. Offer Letter Tab
This tab is located in the Employment Requisition Closing document module and enables you to upload or cut and paste a copy of the offer letter to your final candidate. Screen shots of how to upload or cut and paste your offer letter are available in Related Information.
2. Work History Required Fields
Certain fields in the “work history section” on the employment application are now required for applicants to complete. By providing important information at the beginning of the hiring process, the required fields will allow you to review candidates’ qualifications more completely.
3. Pre-Screening Questions
Pre-screening applicant questions can be added to your requisition as part of the recruitment process. To use this new function, submit a requisition and click on the “Screening Questions” tab, which will provide instructions on how to add a question. Pre-screening questions will be reviewed and approved by CHR Employment Consultants and, upon approval, added to the pre-screening questions library.
