FY 2015-16 Merit Pay Plan for PPSM Policy-Covered Staff Announced
The Guidelines for implementing the FY 2015-2016 Merit Pay Plan applicable to Policy-Covered (Non-Represented) Staff are now available.
The merit pool will be 3 percent calculated on the payroll base of eligible filled positions. Merit increases for eligible staff will be effective July 1, 2015, for those on a monthly pay schedule and June 21, 2015, for those paid on a biweekly schedule.
These guidelines do not apply to exclusively represented employees, whose salaries are determined in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements and/or meeting-and-conferring under the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (HEERA).
