Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of Campus Human Resources, the Anderson School of Management, and the Chancellor’s Office, I am pleased to invite applications for the Chancellor’s Diversity Leadership Scholarships to one of three Diverse Leadership Development programs offered in 2018 by UCLA Anderson’s Office of Executive Education.

These scholarships are made possible by the generous support of Anderson’s Dean Judy Olian, and we encourage those of you with interest in attending to apply and/or share this special opportunity with members of your staff at Management and Senior Professional (MSP) Grade 1 and above.

The opportunities are:

  • UCLA Multidimensional Leaders’ Institute, designed to promote the professional development of all managers who lead in a multicultural, multigenerational and multifaceted workforce, including leaders of color, managers with disabilities and LGBT managers.

  • UCLA Banco Santander W30 Program: Developing Women Leaders in University Faculty and Administration, supports the professional development and advancement of women in higher education administration, especially those in Assistant Dean (or higher) positions.

3 ½ day On-Campus Experience

June 11-14, 2018

The deadline for applications is November 1, 2017. An announcement of the Scholarships will be made in early January 2018. One scholarship is offered for each Program and for those not selected for a scholarship, we encourage eligible and interested employees to consider this developmental opportunity and apply directly to UCLA Anderson by the relevant deadline for their program of interest at www.execed.anderson.ucla.edu. A 30% employee discount is available for eligible UCLA managers and senior staff. Early application is recommended, since space is limited.
