Chancellor’s Leadership and Diversity Scholarships

Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of Campus Human Resources, the Anderson School of Management, and the Chancellor’s Office, I am pleased to invite applications for the Chancellor’s Leadership and Diversity Scholarships to four programs offered in 2022 by UCLA Anderson’s Office of Executive Education.

The scholarships are made possible by the generous support of Anderson’s Dean Antonio Bernardo. We encourage those of you with interest in attending to apply and/or share this special opportunity with members of your staff in the Management and Senior Professional (MSP) Program: 

UCLA WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
For 20 years, UCLA Anderson’s Women’s Leadership Institute has supported the development of authentic leaders, skilled at building organizational value, and ready to take their careers to the next level. Participants will enhance their role within their organization, while developing valuable connections with colleagues from leading organizations and corporations.

UCLA INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Designed for any leader who is accountable for promoting a culture of inclusion to drive enterprise success, the Program delivers evidence-based knowledge for building inclusivity in teams and organizations. 

UCLA WOMEN IN GOVERNANCE PROGRAM
An intensive, experiential program that prepares senior women leaders for advancement to corporate board membership and develops the governance skills and acumen required for board success. 

UCLA STRATEGIC HR PROGRAM
Designed for those in the field of Human Resources, this program emphasizes the business acumen and strategic insights that are essential for human resources leaders, enabling them to align with organizational strategy and respond successfully to the new demands in the workplace.

The deadline for applications is November 12, 2021. An announcement of the Scholarships will be made in January 2022. Note that program formats and dates may change depending on public health advisories and campus protocol.

One scholarship is offered for each program, and for those not selected for a scholarship, we encourage eligible and interested employees to consider this developmental opportunity and apply directly to UCLA Anderson by the relevant deadline for their program of interest. A 30% employee discount is available for eligible UCLA managers and senior staff. Early application is recommended, since space is limited.

Please submit your application online for the Chancellor’s Leadership and Diversity Scholarships. Applicants will be required to upload a copy of their current resume and a letter of support from their manager at the end of the online application. Please ask interested employees to complete the application and upload the required materials by November 12, 2021.
