Accidents happen, and their financial impact can be devastating. To help protect you and your family from the financial hardship of an unforeseen serious accident that causes death or dismemberment, UC offers the Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) plan. The AD&D plan offers three coverage options: self, self plus child(ren), self plus adult plus child(ren), and 17 different amounts to choose from.
In addition to providing benefits resulting from accidental death or dismemberment, the plan provides benefits (riders) for education and day care for eligible dependent(s). Please see the Evidence of Coverage for more details.
