To support UCLA’s recruitment objectives, a new enhancement has been added to PeopleAdmin Applicant-Tracking System and is reflected on the Career Opportunities website. “Featured Jobs,” a clickable button in the center of the home page, highlights a select number of UCLA career opportunities for a short period of time.
Click on “Featured Jobs” and you’ll be directed to a list of about 10 job openings that are rotated every three weeks. Hard-to-fill or market-sensitive jobs are highlighted for maximum exposure. In addition, all listings on “Featured Jobs” are also posted under the link “Search Jobs,” so job seekers are twice as likely to come across these positions in their online search.
