Automation of Compensation Requests in PeopleAdmin

Based upon feedback, new enhancements have been made to the PeopleAdmin System. CHR Employment & Compensation Services is rolling out the following automated processes for Compensation Actions submitted via PeopleAdmin:

  • Stipend Requests
  • Equity Increase Requests
  • Dual Employment Requests

All three Compensation action requests are now integrated into PeopleAdmin. By selecting one of these requests, users will be asked to complete an automated form with specific information about the request. Upon submission, the request is sent electronically to Compensation Services for review and approval. Additionally, once reviewed and approved by Compensation Services, users will be notified electronically of the decision. 

Automation of these processes will improve and streamline the efficiency of requests that are submitted and will provide Compensation Services with tracking and reporting capabilities.

Use of the automated request in PeopleAdmin is intuitive and user friendly. Compensation Services will provide training on the following dates and times:

  • Oct. 8, 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. - Campus Human Resources Training Room – 10th Floor
  • Oct. 15, 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. - Campus Human Resources Training Room – 10th Floor
