Merit Plan for Policy-Covered Employees
Effective: 06/26/2011 Biweekly and 07/01/2011 Monthly
Web Merit rosters will reflect all changes that have been updated in EDB as of September 5, 2011. Withhold processing any salary changes to merit eligible employees starting Sept. 6, 2011, through Oct. 12, 2011. Departments may still process separations, hiring actions and leaves of absences in EDB.

EDB preparers must manually process the increase for eligible employees who were not included on the Web Merit roster. In order for these employees to receive their increase on the pay dates indicated on the schedule above, EDB and PTR preparers should refer to the “Schedule for Updating PPS on-line” for processing deadlines.
