Pursuant to collective bargaining agreements between the University of California and the State Employees Trades Council (SETC), employees in the Skilled Crafts Unit (K4) will receive a 2% range adjustment effective October 14, 2012 for biweekly paid employees. Bi-weekly employees will see new rates in their November 7, 2012 paychecks.
2% Range Adjustment
- Eligible employees are all members of the bargaining unit on active status or on an approved leave on the effective date of the increase and who remain on payroll when the payment is calculated.
- Increases to RES (Reserve) appointments must be done at the department level.
- Increases will be processed centrally in accordance with the above eligibility.
New rates will be reflected in EDB on October 15, 2012. IPAY screens can be reviewed on November 2, 2012, for bi-weekly employees.
