2014-15 Management Development Certificate Program

 


Campus Human Resources is pleased to announce the 2014-2015 Management Development Certificate course schedule. This certificate program is designed to enhance management skills and prepare our internal talent pool for future opportunities.

Participants learn management theory and practices, work with their peers on real-world scenarios, and create plans for immediate application. We encourage you to commit to your own professional development and encourage your direct reports to attend this program, which is unique among UC campuses.

Certificates are earned by successful completion of 10 courses, with four (4) required courses and six (6) electives. Courses can be completed in any order. This program is intended for employees at the Management & Senior Professional level and high-level PSS grades (or equivalent IT classifications), with an emphasis on employees with broad decision-making authority, supervisory accountability and/or project management responsibility.
