2018 Systemwide UC Women's Initiative for Professional Development

Nominations are now being accepted for participation in the 2018 Systemwide UC Women's Initiative (UC WI) for Professional Development. This valuable opportunity is designed for mid-career women, including staff and faculty/academic personnel, to attend.

Sponsored by the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (SACSW) and the UC Office of the President, UC WI is an experiential professional development program for women who have demonstrated the potential to advance in their careers at the University.

Three regional cohorts will be offered in Southern California. Each cohort will include 30 participants. The cost to participate is $1,750 which covers all program materials and facilitation fees. Travel and other expenses are the responsibility of the individual participant’s department.

Nominations are due by October 26, 2017. Please send the completed nomination form to Maylene Raful (mraful@chr.ucla.edu) in Campus Human Resources.
