Proposed Revisions to PPSM Policy 20 – Recruitment

The University of California is proposing revisions to Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) 20 – Recruitment, including a name change to “Recruitment and Promotion.” The policy applies to employees in the Professional & Support Staff, Management & Senior Professional, and Senior Management personnel tiers.

The policy revisions are intended to support the University’s affirmative action and equal opportunity objectives, while providing clarification on recruitment processes and requirements.

The proposed policy, with changes, is posted on UCnet.

Because this is a formal review, comments are encouraged and will be considered before the final policy is adopted.
