Introducing the HR IT Systems Optimization (HRITSO) Program

Campus Human Resources (CHR) and IT Services (ITS) have launched the HR IT Systems Optimization Program (HRITSO), a new initiative that aims to modernize vital HR systems, streamline processes, and improve the overall experiences of HR clients, employees, and the campus community.

What to Know

The HRITSO program includes the implementation of three new HR systems – ServiceNow HRSD, JDXpert, and iCIMS Talent Cloud – that will significantly improve the processes and user experiences associated with the intake and delivery of HR services and management of position descriptions, classification reviews, and staff recruitments. The systems are scheduled to go live in November 2023 and February/March 2024, respectively, replacing our current PeopleAdmin system, which will be discontinued by the vendor June 2024.
