The UCLA campus attracts faculty, staff and students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.  The ability to function effectively in a multi-cultural environment is an important skill that all members in the workplace must recognize and develop.  The attitudes and behaviors of co-workers, managers and supervisors, and the interactions with clients and individuals of other cultures can significantly impact the shaping of our work environment.
