UCLA recently hosted a Disability Awareness Training featuring David Fram, Esquire, Director of ADA and EEO Services for the National Employment Law Institute.
The primary objective of the training was to ensure that all members of the UCLA community are aware of the importance of providing equal opportunities and access to employees with disabilities. Topics covered included legal requirements, the meaning of “reasonable accommodation,” confidentiality of medical information and other key issues.
