We are very pleased to announce the Guidelines for implementing the FY 2013-2014 Salary Plan applicable to Policy-Covered (Non-Represented) Staff. The plan is in accordance with the Regents’ and President’s decisions, and is based on systemwide guidelines.

Salary increases for eligible staff will be effective July 1, 2013, for those on a monthly pay schedule and July 7, 2013, for those paid on a biweekly schedule.

Information regarding implementation dates will be sent to HR administrators by Compensation Services. These guidelines are available in Related Information.
