In order to improve and enhance the current UC Living Well resources across the University, both the Office of the President and its wellness vendor, Optum, want to gauge employee and faculty awareness of the system-wide wellness program.
With that in mind, UCOP has developed a short survey regarding UC Living Well that takes just minutes to complete. The survey responses will help ensure that employees are better informed about the benefits of participating in UC Living Well programs.
